Here is how we ship your order, how long it takes and what to do if you want an exchange or a return. For anything not covered here, we are happy to help.

Shipping methods
We ship all over Greece and Cyprus by courier or to a pickup point (locker). The cost is shown in the cart before you place the order.

Delivery time
Orders placed by 14:00 leave the same day. Delivery takes 1-3 working days on the mainland and 2-4 on the islands.

Parcel tracking
As soon as the parcel leaves, we email you the tracking number. You can also follow it from the Order tracking page.
Exchanges and returns
The boots or the jacket do not fit? Exchanges and returns are simple:
- Let us knowSend us a message from the contact form or your account, with your order number.
- Send the productWithin 14 days of delivery, to the shop address, with the receipt.
- Unused, in its packagingTry boots indoors only; return clothing with its tags on.
- Exchange or refundOnce we check the product, we send the new one or refund you with your payment method, within 14 days.
