When it does not apply
- Delivery outside GreeceNormal shipping costs apply for Cyprus.
- Bulky itemsFamily tents for 6-8 people and other bulky parcels have their own shipping cost.
- Cash on deliveryThe cash on delivery fee is charged as usual.
- ExchangesThe second shipment of a size exchange is charged, unless the mistake was ours.
